Safety & accuracy — read this

GR8 Tracks aggregates conditions and map data from public sources. This information is provisional and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. It is provided for general planning only and is not a substitute for official forecasts, on-the-ground judgment, or proper preparation. Outdoor activities — paddling, riding, and hiking — carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions.

Accounts

You're responsible for the devices and passkeys used to access your account and for activity under it. Keep your account secure and let us know of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no use that violates the terms of our upstream data providers or applicable law.

Data & attribution

Map, trail, and imagery data are © their respective sources, including © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); satellite imagery © Esri and its data providers; elevation data via OpenTopography; Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks data; and public-domain U.S. government datasets (USGS, USFS, Recreation.gov). Each provider's terms apply to its data, and you agree to abide by them.

"As is"; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR8 Tracks is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its data.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
